What We Collect

• Account info: Email address, hashed password
• Form submissions: Data submitted through your forms (field names and values)
• Payment info: Handled entirely by Stripe — we don't store card details

How We Use It

• Forward form data to your email
• Display submission history in your dashboard
• Track monthly usage for plan limits
• Send transactional emails (verification, password reset)

Third Parties

• AWS SES: Email delivery
• Stripe: Payment processing

We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Data Retention

Form submissions are stored until you delete them or delete your account. Account deletion permanently removes all your data.

Your Rights

You can:

• Export all your data (Pro plan)
• Delete your account by contacting us
• Update your email and password from account settings

Security

Passwords are hashed. API communication is encrypted via HTTPS. Auth cookies are HttpOnly with SameSite protection.

Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie (fastapiusersauth) and a theme preference in localStorage. No tracking cookies.
