1. Acceptance

By using FormForwarder ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Description

FormForwarder forwards HTML form submissions to your email address. You integrate our endpoint into your forms and we deliver the data to your inbox.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address. You're responsible for your account security and API key.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Submit illegal, harmful, or offensive content through forms
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or usage quotas
• Share your API key with intent to abuse the Service

5. Plans & Billing

Free tier includes 50 submissions per month. Pro plan provides unlimited submissions and additional features. Payments are handled by Stripe. You may cancel anytime via the billing portal.

6. Data

We store form submissions to display in your dashboard and forward to your email. You can export your data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
